- Take an Ethernet cable to connect the LAN port on the external PoE switch and the router. Then connect the router with the non-PoE NVR.
- Use Ethernet cables to connect all IP cameras to the PoE switch RJ45 ports.
- Use an HDMI cable or VGA cable to connect the monitor and the NVR.
How do I reset my Brookstone WIFI camera?
Plug in Wi-Fi Camera into the wall. Press reset button for 6 seconds, then release and the wait 15-25 seconds. Light will start blinking and you will then hear a chime sound.
Why won’t my IP camera connect?
Make Sure There Is No Signal Interference. If there is a bad reach, the IP camera can’t find your WiFi signal, and it cannot connect to the WiFi. The IP camera should not be too far from the router. Check the distance between the IP camera and the router.

CHOOSE THE TANK’s WiFi – this is the key. The tank’s WiFi name will be a long series of letters and numbers, beginning with AC13. Now you can control the tank with your iOS device. The fact that *nowhere* could I find this described on the intertubes was very frustrating and there was no help to be found on Brookstone’s site.
