Is InStyler worth buying?
Worth It?: Yes, I think the Instyler is worth the purchase but it definitely takes practice. Once you get the hang of it however, it can be a really good product. I think that it also depends on what looks you are going for. If you have short hair like myself but want to achieve curls, this may not be the tool for you.

Can you use an InStyler on wet hair?
It was perfect for me because my hair reaches right above my shoulders. To start, I blow-dried my wet hair. (You can use it when your hair is wet too, but I thought it would be easier to try for the first time when my hair was dry.) I also added a heat protection spray to protect my hair from the iron’s hot temps.

What is this? The brush doesn’t work on wet hair, so as with hair straighteners, you need to wash and dry your hair first. To minimize damage, I let my hair air dry and then I get to work!
Does the InStyler really work?
The InStyler did provide great volume, and it certainly had the ability to flip hair out—from a slight degree, to a severe flip. All the styles I tried lasted for hours and the InStyler was pretty simple to use after I got the hang of it.

- Brush and section clean, dry hair.
- Slide button to open to Precision Press styling arm.
- Hold GLOSSIE with bristles facing upwards. Place section of hair between the bristles and close precision press to secure tightly against the ceramic heated plates.
