Theoretically, yes. In practice, not really. I’m sure it’s happened but it’s exceptionally rare and you’re not likely to do it by accident. Super, mega high output boost pedals (beyond anything you’re likely to find commercially) could fry the input stage of a solid state amp.

Can my amp handle pedals?
Nearly all guitar pedals can be used for any amplifier regardless if it’s valve, modeling, or a hybrid amp. You can run guitar pedals through the primary input of the amp or individual pedals into the ‘effects loop’ (usually reverb, delays, modulation) depending on the effect and the player’s preference.
Should fuzz go before or after compressor?
A good rule of thumb is to place any gain-type effects before modulation effects: i.e., compressors and overdrives before delays or flangers. Another one that’s practically set in concrete is to put the compressor before any overdrive, distortion, or fuzz pedal.
Should fuzz go before or after overdrive?
Fuzz pedals should usually go first, followed by overdrive and finally distortion. That’s because you should have the biggest changes to your tone at the start, and then let the later pedals refine it before it goes into your amp.

This pedal was designed to emulate the sounds and textures of the Lo-Fi Loop Junky™ in real time, but it goes far beyond that. Achieve new haunting chorus sounds and pulsating vibrato.
How do fuzz pedals work?
Fuzz pedals use extreme clipping to turn your audio signal into what’s essentially a square wave. This creates massive amounts of harmonic saturation, but it diminishes the intensity of the fundamental—which, in audio terms, refers to the note you’re actually playing.
How many controls does a fuzz pedal have?
It has five different controls, meaning it has more power than most fuzz pedals to shape your tone. The extensive level of control is paired with a self signalling option that lets you create some truly strange and unpredictable sounds. This is the pedal that can go from the controlled to the extreme.

Is the Leary Fuzz modeled after a classic Fuzz circuit?
The circuit is not modeled after any classic fuzz design, but should have been around when Leary was still lucid. Although the five knobs are named for the parameters over which they seem to have the most control, please don’t hold me to it.
Are trimpots a good idea for a Fuzz Factory?
I’ve built a fuzz factory and to be honest trimpots don’t sound like a good idea for this. ALL the pots are VERY interactive. You turn one and it effects the other one. This oscillates all over the place (as it’s meant to) so tweaking knobs is essential when using this.
